Nestled in the tranquil landscape outside Conil de la Frontera, the holiday home Casa Carlos is situated on a fenced, 700 m² plot of land with a beautiful pool and terrace. The holiday home exudes a cosy atmosphere and consists of a living/dining room, a large well-equipped kitchen with an additional dining table, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and two with one double bed each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. In the generous outdoor area, a large pool lined by sun loungers invites you to a refreshing swim after tanning beneath the afternoon sun. The wide lawn, dotted with shady trees, offers a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. Enjoy your meal on the covered patio, furnished with a dining area, and admire the peace and quiet of the area. A supermarket and a few local restaurants are within a 10-minute walk from the home. The centre of Conil de la Frontera, with its fantastic selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, is just 5.3 km or a 10-minute drive away. Furthermore, for those longing to relax on soft, white sand, the beach Playa Fuente del Gallo awaits your visit 5.8 km or a 9-minute drive from the property. Parking spaces are available on the property for 3 cars. Towels are not included. For stays of one week or longer, ground keepers will maintain the pool and garden once per week. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
